Graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2016 and was called to the bar in 2017. Besides graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws, he was handed out academic recognition awards in two successive years during the Doctor of Laws course: a best student prize in 2014 and a Dean’s List Award for best performance in 2015. His doctorate thesis on the regulation of live adult entertainment earned him a pass with distinction.

His main areas of practice are civil, commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on real estate, property and planning legislation. Besides handling cases before the Superior Courts, Andrew also frequently assists clients before the Planning Authority Board and Environment and Planning Review Tribunal.
